1. What is your return policy?
We do accept returns as we want you to be happy with the product you purchased. However, returns must be approved so that we can make sure to be on the lookout for your package and that our policies have been followed. Once you have read our return policies below, simply contact us at email@example.com for an authorization code. We’re happy to help!
Kits– must be unused, completely intact and in the original packaging. We allow up to 21 days for a returned kit. If you have a skein leftover in your kit after finishing your sweater, we regret that we cannot accept that return. We also regret that we can not take back a pattern. Therefore, if you would like to return an unused kit, you will be credited the price that you paid less the full cost of the pattern which is $10.00.
Skeins-may be returned if the skein is in it’s original state, unwound and has been purchased separately from a kit within 60 days.
Patterns– sorry patterns are not returnable under any circumstance.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless we have made an error on your order which prompted the return.
2. How will the return be credited?
For an approved return we can exchange the item, give you a credit toward a future purchase or credit your card. We will not, however, not be able to refund your shipping costs unless we have made an error on your order which prompted the return.
3. Will I be refunded on the shipping to return an item?
No, we will not refund the shipping cost, unless we have made an error on your order prompting the return.
4. How much time do I have to return an item?
Returns are accepted within 21 days for a kit and 60 days for a skein of yarn purchased separate from a kit, but can make exceptions when necessary. We really want you to love your projects and will do our best to make sure your buying experience at Olio Knits is a great one.
5. Can patterns be returned?
No, patterns cannot be returned- sorry!
1. How quickly will my order be shipped?
We ship orders every day of the week. We strive to reply to your order the same day it is received (or the following day depending on when it was received). We will let you know if all items are in stock, and if not, provide alternatives and an estimate on when we expect to receive those items.
